Illinois CFSR Final Report and Executive Summary

The Final Report and Executive Summary Report specific to the August 2009 Illinois Child and Family Services Review (CFSR) are both available via this site. The on-site component of the Illinois CFSR occurred the week of August 10th, 2009 with case record reviews and stakeholder interviews having taken place in the counties of Cook, Winnebago and McLean. The Department is now in the process of developing a Program Improvement Plan that will address the issues found not to be substantial conformity during the CFSR review process.
