Public Service Administrator, Opt. 6 -

DUTIES - Under administrative direction, plans, supervises, reviews, and coordinates the activities of a team of professional caseworkers and/or investigators engages in providing child welfare or protective services to children and families; directs the Team Service Program within the existing framework of statutes and policies of the Agency; serves as liaison with other disciplines, agencies, and community resources; establishes performance goals and objectives; prepares, conducts, and signs performance evaluations; effectively recommends and imposes disciplinary actions and adjusts grievances. Requires a valid driver's license.
EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS - Requires a master's degree in social work from a recognized college or university plus three years professional child welfare experience or an approved related COA master's degree from a recognized college or university plus four years professional child welfare experience. requires a valid driver's license.
MONTHLY SALARY RANGE - $3116 - $7979
