to the Sate Appellate Defender web page is provided subject to the following

AND SECURITY NOTIFICATION
This
World Wide Web-site is provided
as a public service by the Office of the State Appellate Defender.
We
do not use cookies to collect any personally identifying information
on our web pages.
"Personal
information" is information about an individual that is readily identifiable
to that specific individual. Personal information includes personal
identifiers such as an individual's name, address, phone number, drivers
license number and social security number. A domain name, date and time
of access, or Internet Protocol address is not considered personal information.

server software used by the Department of Central Management Services
which hosts our web-site provides
the Office of the Appellate Defender with the capability to analyze
our web-site logs. The web-site
