Illinois Handbook of Criminal Law DecisionsThe Illinois Handbook of Criminal Law Decisions is THE essential research and reference tool for Illinois criminal law. Published jointly by the Office of the State Appellate Defender and the Illinois State Bar Association, the book was written and compiled by Deputy State Appellate Defenders David Bergschneider and Daniel Yuhas, and Assistant Defenders Elizabeth Botti and Kerry Bryson. The 2009 edition is now available. The Handbook consists of more than 800 pages and hundreds of summaries of court decisions arranged under very specific topics. A handy table of contents and a topical index help you quickly find the case you need. The 2009 Handbook is $110 for members of the Illinois State Bar Association and $150 for nonmembers.
