extends sunset date for Carbon Dioxide (CO2)

The Illinois Liquor Control Commission has
decided to extend the sunset date on the Trade Practice Policy
(TPP) regarding the issuance of CO2
Filters to retailers to December 31, 2006. The Commission
has also set a deadline of October 31, 2006 for comments
regarding making this trade practice permanent.
If you wish to comment or have information that you feel
would be helpful to the Commission in its deliberations on
this issue please forward them to William D. O'Donaghue no
later than October 31, 2006. You may send these comments via
