Certificate of Admission to the Roll of Attorneys Licensed to Practice Law in Illinois and of Good Standing

To obtain a certificate from the Supreme Court of Illinois, send a written request with your attorney registration number, date of admission and a $1.OO fee for each certificate, to the Clerk of the Supreme Court, Supreme Court Building, 200 East Capitol, Springfield, Illinois 62701.
