you know the child's name and birthdate or age and can verify your relationship,
the DCFS Advocacy Office for Children and Families can determine if your child
is in the care of our Department.
They
can also direct you to the Circuit Court involved with your child's case. The
Clerk of the Circuit Court can provide other important information, such as the
child's case number and the next scheduled court date.
