"Parents" means the child's legal parents whose parental rights have not been terminated and adoptive parents. Biological fathers are considered legal parents when paternity has been established as required by the definition in this Section. (R 301, 302, 315, 316, 336)
"Parents" means persons assuming legal responsibility for the care and protection of a child on a 24-hour basis; includes guardian or legal custodian. (R 377, 405, 406, 407, 408)
