"Pharmacological Review Committee" means a committee appointed by the Department which is comprised of at least three representatives, at least one of whom is a Board certified psychiatrist who specialize in the treatment of children and adolescents. This Committee shall have certain powers and duties as prescribed in this Part. (R 325)
