"Placement", as used in Part 328, means the arrangement for the continuing care of a child in a foster or adoptive family home, group home, child care institution, or other child care facility as defined by the Child Care Act of 1969 [225 ILCS 10]. Placements do not include care of a child in a medical facility, a mental health facility, a correctional facility or an educational facility. (R 328)
