"Revocation" means the termination of a full license or provisional license to operate a child care facility by a formal action of the Department. License revocations shall be conducted in accordance with Section 8 or 8.1 of the Child Care Act of 1969 [225 ILCS 10/8 and 8.1]. (R 401)
