Safety and Risk Management Plan (SRMP)

"Safety and Risk Management Plan (SRMP)" means a special plan (CFS 968-62B, Safety and Risk Management Plan) that is required for any youth who has a history of one or more of the following conditions or problems: developmental disability, mental health problems, sexual abuse behavioral problems, involvement with the Illinois Department of Corrections (IDOC), a history of delinquency other than that associated with IDOC, a history of gang involvement, medical complexity or illness, alcohol or other drug abuse history, and/or a history of physical aggression.
