"Transitional Living Program Services (TLP)" is defined as casework and other supportive services to assist eligible youth to complete their secondary education (high school graduation or achievement of a GED), to assist a youth to develop basic self-sufficiency skills, and to prepare the youth for an ILO program. Services are most typically provided to a youth who is living in a group care or apartment setting that is owned or leased by the POS provider. The service typically includes on-site staff supervision for a portion or all of a day, seven days a week, with a minimum requirement that youth receive on-site staff supervision during all times required by local curfew ordinances.
