Listed below are the names of the Hazardous Materials Statutes, along with a synopsis of the statutory requirements, by which the Illinois Emergency Management Agency exercises, administers and enforces its rights, powers, duties and responsibilities.

Federal EPCRA Act
[40 CFR Parts 355 and 370]

Emergency Planning and Community Right-to-Know Act; Amendments to Emergency Planning and Notification; Emergency Release Notification and Hazardous Chemical Reporting.

Illinois EPCRA Act
[430 ILCS 100]

This Act shall be known and may be cited as the "Illinois Emergency Planning and Community Right to Know Act".

Illinois Hazardous Materials Emergency Act
[430 ILCS 50]

This Act may be cited as the Hazardous Materials Emergency Act.

Illinois Chemical Safety Act
[430 ILCS 45]

This Act shall be known and may be cited as the Illinois Chemical Safety Act.
