Effective May 1, 2012, members of the State of Illinois Group Insurance Program can view their group insurance Benefits Statement online.

Effective July 1, 2009 diagnostic hearing exams performed by an audiologist are covered up to $150 and hearing aids are covered up to $600 every three Plan years.
